Return/Refund Policy

At Lake Country Garden Center, we stand by all of our plants and packaging. All of our plants and material have been inspected and are in good, healthy condition. Lake Country Garden Center offers no warranty on plants or plant materials after it leaves our care. The biggest part of the plants success is YOU! If you ever notice anything unusual going on with your plant, please give us a call and we'll be happy to diagnose any problems you may be having.

If you have any concerns that the plants are damaged, an unboxing video must be emailed to us within 2 hours of the delivery time stamp. Lake Country Garden Center is not responsible for lost or damaged items from the shipping carrier, or packages left outdoors or in mailboxes, for an extended period of time.
